PROJECT OVERVIEW

Brightdrop Zevo Electric Commercial Van is an all electric, all purpose walk-in van integrating real-time software, robust safety, and driver-centric design.

Designed and built to seamlessly move goods and services, it offers operational efficiency, electric savings, and carbon reduction.


  • Senior Design Lead - CMF

    • Oversaw CMF design vision from concept to production, aligning brand identity, fleet utility, and sustainability objectives

    • Collaborated with advanced engineering and manufacturing to ensure feasibility and supply chain readiness

    • Adobe Creative Suite, VRED, CAD

    • Qualitative & quantitative research, hand sketching, 3D printing, rapid prototyping, sample development, hard & soft trim fabrication

    • CMF Strategy: Developed modular trim and material solutions that reduced part complexity, supported weight savings, and extended vehicle range.

    • Material Innovation: Applied sustainable finishes and lightweight components tailored for commercial fleet durability.

    • Design Assets: Created CMF prototypes, presentations, and launch assets to support global product reveal and storytelling

    • Supported Guinness World Record for longest distance driven by an electric van.

    • Reduced part complexity and weight through modular material strategy, contributing to extended vehicle range.

    • Strengthened BrightDrop’s positioning as a leader in sustainable commercial mobility through innovative CMF design.
