Hi, Iām Ven.
I'm a creative design leader who builds the systems, material frameworks, and teams that take physical products from vision to mass production; working across complex global organizations, regulated industries, and some of the most recognized brands in the world.
My work spans CMF strategy, long-term innovation, and foundational design systems. I focus on the full arc: turning creative vision into material standards, design frameworks, and cross-functional processes that hold up from first concept through manufacturing sign-off, at scale.
I've led multicultural teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, collaborating across design, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing to bring new ideas to life. From early-stage concept vehicles to design frameworks governing hundreds of millions of parts annually, I bring both creative vision and manufacturing rigor to every challenge. The best design work doesn't just look good, it performs, scales, and endures.
Along the way, I've helped shape the design language, CMF strategy, and creative systems of global brands including Cadillac, Chevrolet, Buick, Cruise, and DeLorean Aerospace for products recognized by TIME Magazine, Forbes, Fast Company, and The Economist, and used by millions of people worldwide.
Outside of my design practice, I continue to explore creativity through my floral studio, cultural collaborations, and community workshops, keeping curiosity and hands-on craft at the center of everything I do.
